Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 3-day hold period where you can try everything with no charge. If you cancel within 3 days, you won't be billed. This lets you experience the full platform before committing.
What prop firms are supported?
TradingPlace works with any prop firm that connects through Tradovate, including Apex, TopStep, Funded Next, and many others. We support ES, MES, NQ, MNQ, GC, and MGC contracts.
Do you store my trading credentials?
Your Tradovate credentials are used only to establish a connection and are handled securely. We do not store your passwords in plain text. All connections use industry-standard encryption.
What happens if I exceed my account limit?
If you try to connect more accounts than your plan allows, you'll be prompted to upgrade. Your existing accounts will continue to work normally.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. You have a 3-day trial period to evaluate the platform before being charged. Cancel within 3 days if it's not right for you.
Will the Gold price really be locked forever?
Yes. If you sign up during the launch period at $200/mo, that price is locked for as long as you remain subscribed. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you'll pay the then-current price.
